Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years preferred of hands-on experience in residential construction and/or masonry/concrete work.
Basic knowledge of construction methods and safety procedures.
Prior experience with ICCF or ICF systems strongly preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
Skilled in measuring, cutting, and working with hand and power tools.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (50lbs or more) bend, climb, and stand for extended periods.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately install ICCF blocks according to project blueprints and specifications.
Assist with layout, alignment, and bracing of walls to ensure square and plumb installations.
Cut and modify blocks to fit around windows, doors, and utilities as required.
Work closely with Site Supervisors and Project Managers to meet construction timelines.
Mix and pour concrete into ICCF walls, ensuring even distribution and consolidation.
Perform general construction duties, including site preparation, material handling, and site cleanup.
Ensure a secure work environment by adhering to company and OSHA safety standards.
Operate hand tools, power tools, saws, and construction equipment safely and effectively.
Erect and dismantle temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed.
Identify and report any quality or safety concerns immediately.
Day to Day Duties
Arrive on-site ready to begin work by start of shift.
Read blueprints and layouts to understand the day’s block installation goals.
Measure, cut, and place ICCF blocks with precision.
Install rebar and ties per design specs before concrete pour.
Ensure all blocks are level, tight-fitting, and properly secured.
Support the team with concrete placement during pours.
Perform job site cleanup and tool organization at the end of each day.
Report daily progress and challenges to the site supervisor.
